2 weeks to go...

Yesterday, Saturday, February 4, we made some great progess: the robot moved! Here is Tim's video of the robot driving briefly.
We have two weeks left. We have made some good progress, but there is still a ton to do. This means we need to work together as a team to get stuff done. Because we did so much more planning with CAD drawings, the hope is that building will go smoother. We really need to get down to business.
This is what still needs to get done:
-rollers need a belt-type drive system
-shooter assembled, mounted on turret, attached to the robot and drive system made
-electrical mounted on robot
-bumpers made and driver station made
This week we will be working 6 days, all at Chisago, like usual. The schedule is as follows:
Monday, February 6, 6-9pm
Tuesday, February 7, 6-9pm
Wednesday, February 8, 6-9pm
Thursday, February 9, 6-9pm
Friday, February 10, 6-9pm
Saturday, February 11, 9am-3pm (anyone have any lunch ideas?)
The week of February 13 we will begin making buttons. We will talk more about that later.
Get ready to work hard these last two weeks.
